By accessing and using Smith Academy ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online learning platform, including all courses, content, features, and services provided by Smith Academy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if you are under 18.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without authorization

• Use the Platform to compete with Smith Academy or for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Smith Academy or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any course content without prior written permission from Smith Academy or the respective content owner.

Instructors retain ownership of their course content but grant Smith Academy a license to use, display, and distribute their content on the Platform.

Course fees are clearly displayed on the Platform. All fees are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before you can access course content, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your course, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Smith Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

Instructors are independent contractors and are not employees of Smith Academy.

Instructors are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their course content.

Instructors grant Smith Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute their course content on the Platform.

Instructors are responsible for their own tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws.

Smith Academy reserves the right to remove any course or instructor that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smith Academy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Smith Academy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Smith Academy or its affiliates.

You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and you may no longer access your account or any course content.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Smith Academy does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smith Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smith Academy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
